Astonished1) A plant is invaded by the forces of Chaos in order to gain a foothold out of the eye of terror after the Horus Heresy. A militia of whoever can fight is formed and conduct high risk Guerrilla attacks on Chaos outposts and gain the eye of a commissar who trains them and makes them their own Regiment to fight
2) A commissar is given the honor of creating a regiment which he calls the Emperors Gambit and go on infiltration mission and gain glory.
Its all up to you post which one you want or if you have your own idea and I'll get started.
